Summary
As the Process Manager for North Highland you will lead the end-to-end documentation, validation, and improvement of core operational processes across the organization. Your work will ensure alignment with the target operating model and enable scalable, efficient service delivery.
You Will
- Plan, coordinate, and execute workshops and interviews with stakeholders across departments to document over 300 processes.
- Develop high-quality process maps and process cards using agreed templates, capturing inputs, outputs, roles, tools, systems, and key performance indicators in line with international best practices.
- Engage with functional leads and process owners to iterate and validate process documentation, ensuring accuracy, usability, and buy-in for adoption.
- Ensure process documentation reflects the strategic design principles and capabilities outlined in the client's target operating model, supporting handoffs, governance, and performance monitoring.
- Prepare supporting guidance and lead knowledge transfer activities to embed process understanding within teams, enabling long-term ownership and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a special economic zone or comparable environment
- Strong process mapping and business process management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation abilities
- Proficiency in developing process-related documentation and artifacts
- Familiarity with international best practices in process improvement and optimization
- Ability to work collaboratively and drive change within a complex organizational structure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in Arabic being an advantage
