Summary

As the Process Manager for North Highland you will lead the end-to-end documentation, validation, and improvement of core operational processes across the organization. Your work will ensure alignment with the target operating model and enable scalable, efficient service delivery.

You Will

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute workshops and interviews with stakeholders across departments to document over 300 processes.
  • Develop high-quality process maps and process cards using agreed templates, capturing inputs, outputs, roles, tools, systems, and key performance indicators in line with international best practices.
  • Engage with functional leads and process owners to iterate and validate process documentation, ensuring accuracy, usability, and buy-in for adoption.
  • Ensure process documentation reflects the strategic design principles and capabilities outlined in the client's target operating model, supporting handoffs, governance, and performance monitoring.
  • Prepare supporting guidance and lead knowledge transfer activities to embed process understanding within teams, enabling long-term ownership and continuous improvement.

Ideally, We'd Like

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a special economic zone or comparable environment
  • Strong process mapping and business process management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation abilities
  • Proficiency in developing process-related documentation and artifacts
  • Familiarity with international best practices in process improvement and optimization
  • Ability to work collaboratively and drive change within a complex organizational structure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Arabic being an advantage
