Job Purpose:
- Follows SAFER & MOC procedures
- Responsible for process optimization and improvement
- Responsible for de-bottleneck studies
- Participate in HAZOP
- Participate Insurance audit activities
- Participate in Catalyst trials
- Defining KOP/COP and analysis
Key Accountabilities
- Plant monitoring and optimization, Review data received from operations personnel and compare against normal parameters.
- Participating process hazard analysis for existing, facility and modifications through MOC. Participates in Pre- 25% Start up Safety Review (PSSR). Technical studies for MOC, Relevant to process change having process modifications
- Review major production problems and determine the need of process engineering study
- Comply with EHSS procedures and RCER Regulations.
Requirements:
B. S. in Chemical Engineering
Minimum Experience:
6-10 years' experience in petrochemical/refinery in operation or process
Job Specific Skills:
- Leading and collaborative approach
- Basic Knowledge of SHEM elements and sub elements
- Reliability Methodologies RIS, RBI, RCM
- MOC & Capital projects
- Utilizing engineering software’s
