Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts for private label products using historical data, market trends, and sales inputs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and category management teams to incorporate promotions, new product launches, and seasonal demand.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust forecasts based on performance analysis.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock levels and on-time product availability.
- Conduct regular demand review meetings and present forecast updates to management.
- Identify risks and opportunities in the demand plan and propose mitigation strategies.
- Track and report KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service level, and inventory turnover.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the demand planning process.Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in retail with private label exposure.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in forecasting tools, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain best practices.
