Key Accountabilities:
- Strategic Infrastructure Advisory
- Provide expert guidance on the design, scalability, and resilience of Elm’s IT infrastructure.
- Recommend improvements to align infrastructure with evolving business needs.
- Architecture and Technology Optimization
- Evaluate and advise on infrastructure architectures to ensure efficiency and high availability.
- Identify optimization opportunities for hardware, software, and networking assets
- Security and Compliance Oversight
- Advise on security frameworks and controls across infrastructure layers.
- Ensure alignment of infrastructure practices with compliance and regulatory standards.
- Innovation and Future Readiness
- Identify emerging technologies that enhance infrastructure capabilities.
- Provide insights on infrastructure trends to support long-term IT strategy and digital transformation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is preferably
- 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in a related industry
