Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Lead ELV to join our team!

This exciting opportunity requires a dynamic and innovative professional to lead and manage all aspects of Smart system and ICT throughout the KSP design and construction requirements and provide strategic guidance.

The candidate shall manage several designers and PMCMs to deliver technically complex projects in the Smart ecosystem and be considered an integrated and working system.

An extensive knowledge of Smart system and special system is essential which should be grounded with a deep understanding of CCTV, Data centers, Wifi, Active/passive network, smart services.

Responsible to grow and maintain an external and internal Smart ecosystem coordination and ensure integration through relationship building and a strong industry experience in similar complex projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive the business development strategy for the KSP Smart system including leading the team’s input for tender responses in Smart Mobility and related fields.
• Lead the smart system procurement and tendering process to ensure KSPF requirements are met.
• Work with the consultant team to identify and build relevant smart system.
• Lead the two-way interface between KSPF and the consultant teams, to ensure that all requirements are coordinated, integrated and ready for operation and maintenance.
• Establish, develop and manage all the operation & maintenance requirements.
• Makes regular recommendations for new technologies and product offerings through a knowledge of the Smart Mobility technology landscape and revolution.
• Leads current and futures trends and serve as the internal and external subject matter expert for KSPF.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
  
  
  

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a technology / engineering related field, chartered status is preferred
• At least 10 years’ successful experience in various technology-driven business development, design and deployment projects around the world.
• Proven experience in building, mentoring and leading teams of experts, Special system engineers and to drive a robust project delivery.
• Proven experience in Smart System including CCTV, Data centers, Wifi, Active/passive network, smart services.
• The candidate must demonstrate strong communications and analytical skills and the ability to pay careful attention to details and must have the capacity to work well in groups.
• The role will be based in KSA with frequent travel throughout MEA.
• The candidate shall have excellent project management and communication skills.
