WSP are seeking highly skilled and dynamic Principal Engineer or Associate level candidates to join our Bridges & Structures team in Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design and delivery of major bridge and structural design projects, contributing to world-class infrastructure developments in the region.

Your new role, what's involved?

• Lead the design, analysis, and delivery of bridge projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
• Oversee and manage multi-disciplinary design teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance of design deliverables.
• Engage with clients, government authorities, and stakeholders to align project requirements.
• Support business development, including proposal preparation and bidding for new projects.
• Drive innovation and sustainable design solutions in bridge engineering.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  
  

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• 12+ years of experience in bridges and structural design, preferably within an engineering consultancy.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng, PE, or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong technical expertise in reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, and steel bridge structures.
• Proficiency in bridge design software such as MIDAS, LUSAS, Sofistik, STAAD.Pro, or similar.
• Familiarity with Riyadh regulations and authorities is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
