CCaSS Partner – Riyadh – MENA
Driving market growth, delivering high-quality sustainability services, and serving as a trusted advisor to senior clients. Shapes strategy, builds talent, and ensures the practice meets EY's quality, risk, and financial expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through opportunity origination and expansion of key accounts.
Act as a visible thought leader on climate, ESG, and sustainability.
Oversee delivery of large, complex engagements.
Ensure consistently high service quality and client satisfaction.
Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned to EY values.
Build capabilities and recruit to support growth plans.
Oversee compliance with key sustainability and ESG frameworks.
Safeguard independence and manage reputational risk.
Manage pricing, resourcing, and overall commercial performance.
Collaborate with other EY service lines on integrated solutions.
Experience & Skills
Senior leadership experience in sustainability, climate, ESG, or related fields.
Strong track record in business development and delivery of major engagements.
Credibility with senior executives and external stakeholders.
Deep expertise in one or more CCaSS areas (ESG reporting, climate strategy, decarbonisation, etc.).
Excellent commercial, strategic, and communication skills.
