• "Prequalification & Market Intelligence Specialist" to join the Infrastructure and Construction team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in assessing potential clients, partners, and projects to ensure they align with the company's strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, evaluating opportunities, and prequalifying potential partners and projects to support our business development efforts.

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify industry trends, emerging opportunities, and potential risks in the Infrastructure and Construction sector
• Keep abreast of industry news, regulations, and market dynamics to provide informed insights to the management team
• Develop and implement a rigorous prequalification process for potential clients, partners, and projects.
• Evaluate the financial stability, reputation, and past performance of potential partners and clients to ensure alignment with our company's standards and strategic goals
• Assess potential projects and partnerships based on technical, financial, and strategic compatibility with the company's capabilities and objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and evaluate project proposals and opportunities.
• Analyze and interpret data to create reports and presentations that highlight key findings and recommendations
• Provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making processes
• Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to gather market intelligence and facilitate business development opportunities
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and gather industry insights
• Conduct due diligence on potential partners and projects to identify potential risks and opportunities

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous
• A minimum of 2 years of experience market research, business development, or prequalification within the Infrastructure and Construction industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to decipher complex data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Fluent in both Arabic and English
