Location
Riyadh – Mobility required: 10% worldwide (willingness to travel abroad for international assignments, depending on the business development or project needs).

Typical activities involve (but are not limited to):
- Analysis and definition of planning principles;
- Power System Model definition and validation;
- Enhancing methodologies to plan power systems facing massive RES & BESS integration, demand evolution and optimisation of transmission investments;
- Mastering links with technico-economic models to define critical operating points;
- Steady-state analysis (load flow, short circuit calculations, hosting capacity, etc);
- Dynamic stability analysis (frequency, transient & voltage stability..);
- Support the analysis and evaluation of grid reliability and security (eg capacity calculation, balancing, operational planning..);
- Writing reports presenting results of the analysis;
- Support the company’s business development teams in identifying and pursuing opportunities by establishing trusted relationships with our clients and developing of proposals.
Your profile
- Master's degree in Engineering;
- 3+ years of experience in Power System Planning (Master planning, pre-feasibility of new transmission investments, RES system integration, BESS optimization, sizing state-of-the-art technological solutions,…);
- Mastering power system simulation tools (PowerFactory, PSSE)
- Team Player
- Good oral presentation skills
- Fluent in English;
- Knowledge of Arabic is a strong asset.
