Procter & Gamble offers an exciting job opportunity as a Point of Sales Specialist to join the team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As Point of Sales Specialist, you directly receive meaningful responsibilities as of day one. You are in charge of upgrades of POSM specifications by tracking and enabling usage of effectiveness across brands and markets. To do so, you’ll develop a keen understanding of your product categories and markets.

The Role:

  • Ensuring the quality of POSM designs, you will not only develop your negotiating and sales skills, but also your financial & marketing skills, analytical insights and logistical understanding as you are responsible for your client from A-Z.
  • You'll be part of a customer team in which trust, team spirit, real passion for winning and leadership are very important. Your responsibilities include:
  • Implement Perfect Execution of POSM in-store.
  • Conduct Production & Execution Planning across key Stakeholders.
  • Tracking & Report Execution on POSM Projects.
  • Develop, enforce and execute local POSM SOPs to ensure right stewardship compliance.
  • Partner with Purchasing to maintain Agency relationships.
  • Continuously seek out learnings and identify trends/developments in technologies, retail and shopper to drive innovation in the POSM space.

Job Qualifications

We Are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • 0– 4 years of Sales experience in FMCG environment (Preferred).
  • Saudi National.
  • English & Arabic Fluency.
  • Initiative & Follow Through – Strong initiative and discipline to engage and follow through on personal deliverables and with stakeholders to deliver excellent planning and execution.
  • Communicating & Working Effectively with Others – Due to remote location and dispersion of stakeholders across markets, need to have strong collaborative skills and communication (English and Arabic).
  • Organized and Logical Thinking - Able to organize data comprehensively and conduct basic analysis/issue identification using data and execution understanding, in order to seek the right action/help.
  • Technology – Fluent in range of IT office tools for communication (WebEx/phone/email/etc.) and analysis (Excel/PowerBI).
