About the Role

We are seeking a PMO Officer to support and enhance project management practices within the organization. This role ensures project governance, compliance, and efficiency by implementing policies, tracking performance, and providing support to project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement project management policies, procedures, and best practices.
Provide guidance and support to project managers in applying project management methodologies.
Monitor and evaluate project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate project communications and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of project information.
Manage project budgets and resources, track expenses, and ensure projects remain within budget.
Facilitate project planning and scheduling, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for project challenges.
Ensure adherence to project management standards, compliance, and organizational goals.
Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to align projects with strategic objectives.
Provide training and support to project personnel to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education or Relevant Background:

Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Finance and Economics, Banking & Finance, Finance and Investment, Banking and Financial Sciences, Finance, or a related field.


Professional Certifications (Preferred):

PMP (Project Management Professional)
