Could you be the full-time onsite PMO Manager in AlUla, SA we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, driven, and collaborative teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in aligning our high-profile railway infrastructure initiative with organizational goals, adhering to budgetary constraints, and ensuring timely delivery with the highest quality standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Engineering, Finance, and Operations), provide strategic oversight and management of project controls, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

• Developing and implementing robust project control systems,
• Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks,
• Overseeing contract administration and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations,
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals,
• Managing the project budget and ensuring adherence to financial constraints,
• Ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones,
• Maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle,
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the project team,
• Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among diverse stakeholders,
• Driving complex projects to successful completion

• Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.,
• Experience or understanding of large-scale project management within the infrastructure or transportation sector.,
• Knowledge of strategic project planning, risk management, and contract administration.,
• Familarity with industry-standard project management software and tools.,
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification.,
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.,
