Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented PMIS Manager to join our team! In this role you will be required to set up, design, maintain and perform a variety of functions for an upcoming mega project and you will join a leading a team of passionate professionals in project management.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead PMIS implementation projects from start to finish, adhering to established timelines and budgets.
• Partner with key stakeholders to understand their needs and configure the PMIS system accordingly.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive training plan to ensure user adoption and proficiency with the new PMIS system.
• Manage data migration from legacy systems to the new PMIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the vendor to customize system settings, workflows, and integrations to align with client requirements.
• Escalate complex problems to appropriate client and vendor departments and provide timely updates to clients, ensuring their concerns are addressed effectively.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for ongoing optimization.
• Provide ongoing support to users after system launch and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Document project activities, milestones, and lessons learned.
• Contributes as a team player who is deadline driven and works well with others.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
  
  
  

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Graduate in any of the branches of Engineering / Sciences with Mathematics from an accredited university / institution.
• Must have minimum 10+ years of PMIS implementation experience on any of the described projects IT implementation Projects, PMO organizations, Project management consultancies.
• Must have led PMIS implementations previously, demonstrating client handling skills.
• Must have report writing skills with SQL.
• Must have Knowledge of programing languages to be able to use APIs and build connectors for situations requiring system integration.
• Experience implementing PMWeb/ Oracle Unifier, Aconex/ SharePoint or another PMIS is required.
• Proficiency in technical product and system installation, with the ability to create technical implementation strategies and provide staff-level guidance.
• Ability in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to perform in a lead capacity, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and company policies and procedures are required.
• Good oral and written communication in English language, with good computer skills. Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
