Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and organized PMCM Document Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to the project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an efficient document control system for all project documentation.
• Ensure all documents are properly filed and archived according to company standards and procedures.
• Manage the distribution and retrieval of documents to and from project team members.
• Monitor document revisions and ensure that the latest versions are available to the team.
• Assist in the preparation and formatting of project documents, reports, and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with document control policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure document accuracy and completeness.
• Provide training and support to team members on document control processes and systems.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in document management software and systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and procedures is a plus.
