Plant Manager - CSD and Juice Production

We are seeking a dynamic Plant Manager for Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD) and juice production. This role leads the manufacturing facility, upholding high standards of quality and safety, provides strong leadership to staff, and drives profitability and growth for the company.

Job Purpose

With an emphasis on efficient production and quality control, the Plant Manager will oversee the manufacturing operations for CSD and juice products. They are responsible for meeting production targets while complying with food and beverage regulations and maintaining a safe production environment. The core focus is on optimizing production processes, implementing cost-saving measures, and promoting teamwork and engagement among staff.
