The Project

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Collaborates with planning teams to support project delivery and ensure alignment with defined processes.
• Verifies tenders and projects for proper scheduling, monitoring, and planning compliance.
• Supports project management to ensure timely and profitable delivery.
• Leads planning for medium complexity projects, portfolios, or sections of larger programmes.
• Develops detailed plans considering logistics, site constraints, and project-specific factors.
• Interfaces with project teams, contributing to progress reporting and contract obligations.
• Monitors productivity and progress, capturing data to inform performance.
• Communicates effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Integrates sustainability and health & safety into programme design and procurement.
• Coordinates team activities, contributing to net zero carbon goals and managing carbon impacts.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Holds a degree in construction or equivalent field experience, with professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, or similar.
• Leads the application of planning and scheduling methodologies, tools, and techniques across projects.
• Demonstrates strong expertise in project controls, including planning/scheduling and earned value management (EVM).
