Role Purpose
Responsible for the allocation of resources and daily operational planning for the execution of all work orders within the facility. Ensures compliance of safety rules as well as company & Licenser policies and procedures.
Job Accountabilities & Activities
Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering or in an equivalent discipline.
Required Years Of Experience
Minimum of 5-6 years of experience working in a production and planning environment.

Job Accountabilities & Activities
- Identify resource requirements and implement actions to seek additional resources when demand is justified by management / operational requirements.
- Work with Manufacturing Manager for planning & coordinating production planning activities according to customer orders.
- Produce comprehensive schedules in various formats
- Monitor execution of production plan on real-time basis. Foresee potential hurdles & ways to tackle them.
- Escalate complex issues to Mfg. Manager for resolution.
- Investigate problems in production, analyze root cause & provide a solution.
- Detail analysis of Plan vs Achieved.
- Analyze backlog orders, current orders, and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan & schedule production operations.
- Plan equipment, material, and manpower to execute customer orders.
- Plan inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses.
- Ensure that production planning schedules are maintained and updated to accurately reflect current and future shop loading capacity.
- Identify areas where improvements can be made to production processes, material handling, and resource allocation Key member of lean team
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly plan reports
- Achieve and sustain company KPI’s OTD above 87% and personal EHS target 100%
- Achieve the company production & Revenue monthly targets efficiently.
- Fulfill API /Licenser & QMS Audit Requirements
- Any other reasonable duties as delegated by management.
- Perform the planning related transactions In ERP (SAP). Prepare production orders, capacity calculations and levelling, availability, and utilization of resources, (Men machine and material)
- The ability to manage multiple projects at once is highly sought after and meet tight deadlines.
Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering or in an equivalent discipline.
