Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Planner/ Scheduler to join our team! In this role you will get to handle the program and contractor schedule . Manage t and issue reports and deal with the schedule risks and delay
What You'll Be Doing
- Setup the project schedule based including baseline, resources and milestones
- Review and approve contractor's schedule
- Interface with the contractor for schedule update and reporting
- Preform daily analysis of the schedule including resources, budget and all other matters
- prepare and issue reports including progress , forecast an lookahead
- Work with the project team on daily basis for schedule update from site and office
- Analysis the risk associated withe schedule and preform schedule corrective actions
- assess the impact on changes on the schedule due to changes
- Preform delay analysis and contribute to preparation of claims if required
- check and validate the the schedule accuracy and integrity and report any division
- Utilize Earned value concept to determine project KPIs
- Degree in engineering (civil , arch..etc.)
- 10+ years experience in building construction specifically steel structure Proficient in using P6
- Experience in building Factories
- Excellent communication skill in Arabic/ English ( written/ speaking)
- Communication Chains language (write/speak) is an extra
- Experience in manufacturing / deliver and erection of steel structure building
- solid knowledge of project cost management and resource allocation
- Excellent in Planning and scheduling software such as P6/Project Planner
- Excellent skills in using MS Office
- Excellent skill in reporting
- Strong skill in Power BI
