Responsible for project planning, scheduling, customer meeting presentation, team supervision, project progress analysis, monitoring and progress reporting 2. To handle multiple projects and deal with subcontractors as well as monitor project progress for various projects and prepare time frame, variation orders and cost escalation 3. Preparation of project schedules and man-power planning, progress review, reporting and control 4. Preparation of weekly and monthly projects progress report and submission to customers 5. Review of subcontractors’ progress report 6. Review meeting and coordination with various projects teams for projects progress and reporting matters 7. Create progress measurement procedures for the projects including determination of weight factors 8. Evaluation of performance of subcontractor project control systems for projects teams 9. Develop planned and actual progress S-curve indicating the progress percentage based on earned value on weekly or monthly basis 10. Develop baseline construction schedule and generate management reports on daily & weekly basis using MS-Projects or Primavera P6 11. Conversant with critical path analysis, WBS, schedule Impact and delay analysis Carry out any other related instructions requested by the reporting manager as and when required Skills 1. Managing planning work on Primavera P6 and MS-Projects software 2. Projects report writing and presentation skills 3. Knowledge of IT basics and MS applications 4. Ability to develop project progress reporting and recovery plan strategies 5. Ability to make project progress analysis and improvement techniques 6. Proactive and self-motivated Having strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor junior engineers Education 1. A Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering field preferably Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics / Control Systems / Civil General Experience Minimum 9-10 years’ experience in projects planning, scheduling and project control with primavera P6 Yokogawa is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
