Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements for infrastructure projects.
• Create and maintain project schedules, track progress, and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate and allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Identify potential risks and issues related to project planning and implementation, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all planning activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
• Work with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, schedules, and progress reports.
• Analyze project data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in infrastructure planning or a related field, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with infrastructure design standards, regulations, and project management methodologies.
