About Our Client:

Taqa (First Gas) is a leading player in the Oil & Gas sector, renowned for its innovative approach to energy solutions in Saudi Arabia. They are currently seeking a talented Piping Construction Engineer.

Job Summary:

As a Piping Construction Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and installation of piping systems in large-scale oil and gas projects. You will ensure that all projects meet Aramco standards, adhere to safety regulations, and are completed within the defined timelines and budgets. You will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot any issues and ensure the seamless operation of piping systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the construction and installation of piping systems on-site.
  • Ensure that all piping work complies with Aramco and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Inspect project sites to monitor progress, ensure adherence to safety regulations, and ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
  • Prepare reports on project progress and any issues or delays encountered.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in piping engineering, particularly in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Previous experience working on Aramco projects, even through third-party contractors.
  • Strong understanding of Aramco standards and safety regulations.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and lead on-site construction teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
