Day to day planning
Preparation of Job-Cards
Suit to site modifications
Sub-Contractor and Vendor Management
Minimize Re-Work
Planning of Material, Manpower, tools, equipment and machineries for next working day
Material management
Client Management
Preparation of Daily Progress Reports
Monitoring Change Orders and minimizing the change orders
Understanding Scope of Work and planning the manpower, material and tools and equipment in advance
Resolution of site queries and red line markup
Coordination with engineering
Suit to site modifications and generation of red-line markup
Ensure 100% compliance with Safety and Quality
Familiar with Saudi Aramco and International Standards
