Job Description – Pharmacist
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Saudi National Pharmacist to manage the operations of our pharmacy in Riyadh. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, regulatory compliance, and maintaining quality standards for all pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor stock levels of medications, ensuring proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.).
Conduct regular inventory audits and oversee safe disposal of expired or damaged medications according to Saudi regulations.
Verify the quality and authenticity of drugs and ensure compliance with Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA) standards.
Maintain documentation including invoices, batch numbers, and supplier information.
Ensure compliance with local drug laws and licensing requirements, including controlled substances.
Perform quality checks, inspect storage facilities according to Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and prepare for regulatory inspections.
Provide insights on stock trends and implement safety protocols for high-risk medications.
Qualifications
Nationality: Saudi Nationals only.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm).
Licensing: Valid Saudi Pharmacist License (SCFHS) required.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a related field preferred.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with pharmacy inventory management software.
