A leading financial services firm in Riyadh is seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide
dedicated, high-level support to a C-suite executive. This pivotal role ensures the smooth and
efficient operation of the executive office, upholding the highest standards of discretion,
professionalism, and administrative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Office Management
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and business
travel.
- Ensure the executive office operates efficiently and is maintained to a high professional
standard.
- Represent the executive office with professionalism, poise, and a polished presence.
- Treat all confidential information with professionalism.
- Manage ad-hoc special projects as assigned as assigned.
Communication & Documentation
- Draft, review, and manage all forms of business correspondence, including emails, letters,
and memos.
- Prepare, format, and organize executive-level reports, presentations, and business
documents.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system and manage confidential records.
Travel & Logistics
- Oversee all travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, ground transportation,
and managing visa processes.
- Prepare and process expense reports, reimbursements, and other related documents.
Meeting Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, material compilation,
and follow-ups.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting senior executives in a
dynamic corporate environment.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Strong ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated discretion and reliability in handling confidential information.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
