Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Permitting Office Manager to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for external engagement for permitting and approval requirements for projects of Qiddiya. Supports project organizational and administrative activities as required by the Director, Senior Managers and other Managers in this integrated, fast paced team. Coordinates, manages and liaises with Authorities, Consultants and Contractors, arranges meetings and workshops, prepares presentations and minutes of meetings, reviews related documents submission to Authorities, follow up with ongoing submissions and provide feedback to the team for actions required, document and keep track of all the incoming and outgoing submissions and correspondences.

Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Permitting Office Manager to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for external engagement for permitting and approval requirements for projects of Qiddiya. Supports project organizational and administrative activities as required by the Director, Senior Managers and other Managers in this integrated, fast paced team. Coordinates, manages and liaises with Authorities, Consultants and Contractors, arranges meetings and workshops, prepares presentations and minutes of meetings, reviews related documents submission to Authorities, follow up with ongoing submissions and provide feedback to the team for actions required, document and keep track of all the incoming and outgoing submissions and correspondences.
What You'll Be Doing
- Liaise with Authorities, Consultants and Contractors on all project related documents such as NOCs, Permits, Approvals on design and construction related, handover requirements and handover works.
- Preparation of reports, manuals and guideline documents pertaining to specific issues as required by the client.
- Liaise with Design Consultants and Contractors including review technical design and provide comments where applicable.
- Coordinate with other relevant disciplines such as Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Architects etc.
- Attend weekly / monthly meetings as necessary for all types of projects, keep track and record all required actions and follow up on the progress as required.
- Liaise with Key Authorities to ensure alignment on the workflows and requirements to obtain permits, approvals and no objection certificates
- Provide input to weekly / monthly reports.
- Ensure the timely review of all documents submitted by the Consultant and/or Contractor.
- Inform the Team Leader of any potential delays in the project completion or milestones.
- Check and measure the performed work in his/her line of work, record and help the Team Leader to display progress vs programmed work.
- Ensure correctness and completeness of all related authorities checklists and documents.
- BS degree, with minimum 8 years relevant experience with extensive client interfaces and authorizing bodies.
- Knowledge of engineering, construction, and management techniques in the Riyadh area for major program.
- Knowledgeable of current industry and technical development.
- English and Arabic fluency.
- Proven leadership and management capability, as well as good written and oral communications skills.
