Job Summary

Responsible for processing all payroll related activities and employees' expenses in alignment with the firm policy and country regulations to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Roles and Responsabilites

• Assist the payroll manager in handling the financial-related matters for the leavers in cooperation with People Business Partners across the firm.
• Prepare first drafts of the EoS/Final Settlement for the resigned employees.
• Respond to employee concerns and inquiries regarding payroll issues.
• Ensure the new employees Open/ Update the Bank information in the system.
• Identify the new updates instructed by the government to reflect in the payroll system.
• Handle the employees requests in the people systems.
• Suggest enhancements to optimize the current payroll processes.
• Perform other duties within the scope as assigned by his/her Performance Manager.
• Assume the authorities assigned to him/her.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in his/her area of expertise.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting and finance
