JOB SUMMARY
Issue end-month payroll run and daily payroll transactions for allocated BUs
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Duties include but are not limited to
- Run end month payroll and highlight changes to Payroll Unit Head.
- Process payroll transactions, payments & populate costing requested during the month.
- Set payroll elements to actual and new employees based approved requests.
- Run quick pay for advance on salary request, for loan request and for similar payments.
- Resolve employee claims regarding payroll.
- Process employee termination by generating related quick pay, end of service, and all other dues.
- Set hired labor payroll elements and run provision based on supplier contracts.
- Add/ update payment method - Bank Details
REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- BA degree is a must
