Payroll Accountant

One of JobIn Clients is Hiring for a Payroll Accountant who can manage end-to-end payroll operations with precision, ensure compliance, and deliver accurate and timely payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, deductions, and bonuses
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
• Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate with HR and Finance departments on salary adjustments, benefits, and reimbursements
• Prepare payroll-related journal entries and assist in month-end closing
• Generate and submit payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage social security, income tax filings, and other statutory requirements
Skills
Proficient in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ADP, or similar)
Strong understanding of payroll processes, labor laws, and tax regulations
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
Strong communication and time management skills
2–4 years of proven experience in payroll accounting
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Experience working with HRIS systems is a plus
