About the Role:

Responsible for assessing the patient arrival and departure to the clinic as well as non-medical support during the treatment session.

Key responsibilities:

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not limited to:

• Receive patient at clinic main entrance and escorts them to the treatment area
• Should show a welcoming attitude to the patient and the patients family
• Respectfully prevents family members from going into the treatment area
• Assists patient needs and distribution of meals as per the schedule
• Assists patient’s medication delivery as well as documentation requirements
• Keeps clinic equipment/assets (e.g. wheel chair) in good shape.
• Help with daily delivery of consumables from warehouse to treatment area.

Qualifications:

Education – High school or equivalent
Experience – No experience needed
Skills – Flexible and Adaptable
– Personable and Energetic
Languages – Arabic, English is also desirable
IT Skills – Basic computer knowledge
