We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to lead the pastry section with passion and precision. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality desserts, developing new recipes, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to lead the pastry section with passion and precision. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality desserts, developing new recipes, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Develop new dessert recipes aligned with seasonal trends and guest preferences
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are strictly followed
- Collaborate with the culinary team for smooth kitchen operations
- Monitor inventory and ensure the freshness of all pastry ingredients
- Train and supervise junior pastry team members when required
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dessert preparation
- Creativity and attention to detail in presentation
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to lead and train junior staff
- Flexibility at work
