Job Title: Part-Time Accountant (Setup Airbnb & real estate financials)

We are a hospitality business managing Airbnb rentals in Jeddah.

We strive for excellence through elegant hospitality and seamless operations. We are

looking for a detail-oriented accountant to assist us in setting up our financial records and

improving our bookkeeping system.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and structure financial records for Airbnb and property management operations

using Excel.

- Develop templates for tracking income, expenses, and budgets across multiple properties.

- Reconcile transactions from Airbnb payouts and property expenses.

- Ensure proper categorization of income and expenditures for accurate reporting.

- Provide recommendations for financial tracking best practices.

- Generate periodic financial summaries and projections.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in accounting or finance, preferably in real estate or hospitality

industries.

- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and financial templates.

- Familiarity with Airbnb payment systems and property management finances is a plus.

- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

- Part-time availability with flexibility for virtual meetings.
