We are seeking a Paid Media & Performance Strategist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across paid search, social, display, and programmatic channels. You will drive measurable growth, maximize ROI, and ensure campaigns align with business objectives.

What You’ll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic networks.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.
- Conduct audience segmentation, targeting, and bid strategy optimization.
- Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on paid media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Manage budgets, track spend, and ensure campaigns deliver on goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, or paid media.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data to optimize performance.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with retargeting, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM integration for paid campaigns.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and creative strategy.
