Overview

We are seeking an experienced OutSystems Mobile Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using the OutSystems low-code platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mobile development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for leveraging modern technologies to create seamless user experiences. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using the OutSystems platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to define and implement mobile solutions.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to other developers to maintain high standards of code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance issues and bugs in mobile applications.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency and improve user experience.
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mobile Developer with a focus on the OutSystems platform.
• Strong understanding of OutSystems Mobile development, including designing and building complex mobile applications.
• Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
• Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and web services into mobile applications.
• Experience with database design and development, including SQL Server, Oracle, or similar databases.
• Strong understanding of the mobile development lifecycle, including performance optimization, testing, and deployment.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in agile teams.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• OutSystems certifications (e.g., OutSystems Associate or Professional Developer) are a plus.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android) is a plus.
• Knowledge of mobile app deployment processes (App Store, Google Play).
• Familiarity with modern development tools and frameworks.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
