Position Summary
Responsible for providing support across various Human Resources functions, including training and development, performance monitoring, and employee counseling. Also responsible for overseeing administrative tasks related to outsourced employees and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Responsible for providing support across various Human Resources functions, including training and development, performance monitoring, and employee counseling. Also responsible for overseeing administrative tasks related to outsourced employees and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and review contracts with outsourcing (3rd party) companies across KSA
- Monitor and analyze outsourced employee data, reports, and performance
- Handle outsourced employees’ payroll, overtime, attendance, incentives, hiring, and replacements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies for outsourced workers
- Coordinate the transfer of non-core positions from our CR to 3rd party providers
- Liaise with department heads to identify outsourcing needs and workforce planning
- Track and report monthly headcount and outsourcing KPIs
- Support internal audits and documentation related to outsourced personnel
- Provide administrative support and respond to outsourcing-related inquiries
- Bachelor's degree education level in Human Resources/ Business Administration or equivalent.
- 1 to 4 Years experience in Human Resources field.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good command of English
