Our ideal candidate will have some familiarity with the FM services within Saudi Arabia, yet it’s not a must! Position Summary:

Sales Representative is responsible for generating new leads and closing sales deals with potential clients. Should be promoting the company’s B2B Corporate Services, such as operational & project management services, manpower solutions with specialized competencies from overseas & from within KSA that match the client’s needs. The goal of the Sales Representative role is to increase the company’s revenue by identifying and pursuing new opportunities and maintain a healthy sustainable relationship with existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Generating Leads and follow up on the Sales Funnel to translate into Sales
  • Follow up with existing client, upsell, and maintain a sustainable healthy relationship.
  • Present the company's services and build a strong relationship with potential clients.
  • Initiate new Sales channels.
  • Work along with Marketing team for improving sales strategies.
  • Prepare technical and commercial offers and present them with all required details to the clients.
  • Prices and Contracts negotiation with client.
  • Gather necessary market intelligence to remain ahead of competition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, sales or related field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident and presentable
  • Solid literacy in software usage, MS Office Excel, PowerPoint & Word. (ERP & CRM software knowledge is a plus).
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in operational manpower supply services or any relevant field.
  • Ability to maintain a sustainable healthy relationship with both Suppliers & Clients.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • A competitive, self-motivated, and result-oriented personality.
