Outbound Support Specialist

The Outbound Support Specialist aims to provide comprehensive support to customers, including receiving devices from the warehouse, delivering and installing them at customer sites, and ensuring that systems are functioning correctly. The role requires strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and effectively resolve issues.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Receive devices from the warehouse and ensure their condition meets the orders
• Deliver devices to customer locations using appropriate transportation
• Install devices at the customer site and ensure they are functioning correctly
• Providing Support: Offer support on-site, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Provide necessary training to customers on how to use the devices and their associated systems
• Communicate with customers via phone or email to ensure their needs and inquiries are met
• Provide initial support to the customer if they encounter any issues after installation
• Collaborate with support and sales teams to ensure integrated service delivery
• Prepare periodic reports on delivery and installation activities and the status of devices
• Work closely with the support team when additional assistance is required
• Report any detected or resolved issues to the Operations Manager
  
  
  

Requirements And Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Previous experience in support or device delivery and installation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
• Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems or similar software
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• One to two years of experience in customer support or a similar role
• Valid driver’s license
  
  
  

Work Environment

• This role requires frequent travel between customer locations and working in a warehouse environment. Some office work may also be required for reporting purposes
