As an Order Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of customer orders. Your day will involve verifying order details, coordinating with various teams, and providing exceptional support to customers while adhering to company policies and contractual agreements.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Receive and verify customer orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Process orders in compliance with company requirements and policies.
• Monitor and update IPO status to PCC, following OC guidelines.
• Dispatch shipments and update customers on delivery status.
• Track and expedite deliveries to meet contractual deadlines.
• Report and clarify any issues raised by PCC or customers promptly.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management or Procurement.
• 2-5 years of experience in Order Management or Project Management in a factory environment.
• Basic working experience with Primavera/MS Projects or SAP.
• Proficient in MS Office and Power BI.
• Strong team player capable of working in a Matrix Organization.
• Ability to thrive in a diversified culture.
