What You'll Be Doing
The Senior Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely in-system execution of upstream and downstream orders, ensuring high-quality customer service for vendors, retail, e-commerce, and internal Chalhoub accounts. This role supports the operational execution of orders, data management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless workflows and process accuracy.

What You'll Be Doing
The Senior Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely in-system execution of upstream and downstream orders, ensuring high-quality customer service for vendors, retail, e-commerce, and internal Chalhoub accounts. This role supports the operational execution of orders, data management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless workflows and process accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and complete purchase orders for vendors in alignment with business requirements.
- Process orders for Internal Chalhoub accounts and create corresponding sales orders in the system.
- Track the delivery of purchase orders (POs) and sales orders (SOs) and provide updates to the Supply Planning and B2B Allocation teams.
- Manage and maintain accurate in-system product information to ensure alignment with operational needs.
- Provide responsive customer service for vendors, retail, e-commerce, and Internal Chalhoub accounts.
- Address inquiries and resolve basic issues related to order status and data accuracy and highlight the gap of supplier performance to planners.
- Support the Order Management Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to timelines and process accuracy by Championing the process
- Monitor order workflows and alert the manager of potential issues or delays to ensure proactive resolution.
- Provide product and capsule reporting for key events to highlight risks or opportunities in order management flow
- On-Time Delivery Rate
- Fulfillment Lead Time
- 2-5 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or logistics.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems SAP preferable and data entry processes is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication and customer service skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic analytical skills to track orders and identify discrepancies.
- Owning processes and proactively mitigate the risk.
