Job Summary:
We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud,
particularly in the areas of API integration, reporting, and business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with functional consultants to gather business requirements, design technical solutions, and support Oracle Fusion applications across various business cycles such as P2P, O2C, and Asset to Retire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in Oracle Fusion Technical aspects, including SOAP & REST APIs for inbound & outbound integrations, and deep knowledge of modules such as GL, AR, AP, Fusion Tax, Fusion Assets, Procurement, and BPM Approvals.
- Build custom reports, interfaces, personalization’s, and integrations using Fusion Technology Stack.
- Extensive experience with WSDL, REST, and SOAP APIs across all Fusion modules.
- Collaborate with Functional Consultants to assess business requirements and their technical feasibility.
- Demonstrate a 70% technical and 30% functional skillset, understanding both sides of the Oracle Fusion applications.
- Work on gathering and analyzing business requirements for enhancements, customizations, and technical requirements documentation.
- Identify technical gaps and provide corrective actions.
- Support multiple projects and tasks related to Oracle ERP portfolio and related applications.
- Develop reports, tables, fields, data interfaces, application extensions, dashboards, and data import/export functions within Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Constantly learn and stay updated on emerging trends and technological advancements.
- Work extensively on Oracle Fusion Technical processes for P2P, O2C, and Asset to Retire cycles with an understanding of business flows and processes.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in Fusion Cloud environments with advanced skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and BI Report creation.
- Manage and balance multiple assignments while ensuring high-quality results.
- Independently communicate with functional users and raise service requests (SR) with Oracle for production issues and bugs.
- Oversee end-to-end development, implementation, and support tasks, including designing customizations and managing testing cycles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Oracle Technical E2E implementations and support, with at least 2 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Experience in data migrations and integrating third-party systems from a techno-functional perspective.
- Strong debugging skills in Fusion Cloud and familiarity with Oracle cloud support processes.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud quarterly upgrades and experience working with Oracle Cloud support.
- Experience in other ERP modules such as HR, Payroll, and Procurement is a plus.
- A preferred background in industries such as Logistics or Financial services, especially if the candidate has worked in Finance or Procurement departments.
- A solid understanding of business processes and flows in the P2P & O2C.
