About the Role

Al Salama Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable OR Warehouse Operator to manage the storage and distribution of medical consumables for our operating rooms. This role ensures that surgical teams receive the right supplies at the right time, supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, store, pick, and deliver medical supplies.
• Monitor and maintain optimal storage conditions.
• Coordinate with surgeons and suppliers to ensure required items are available.
• Ensure accurate system transactions and inventory documentation.
• Apply and maintain high safety and hygiene standards in storerooms.
• Report inventory discrepancies and minimize expired stock.
• Track usage, manage supplier visits, and replace expired stock.
• Prepare medical supplies in advance for scheduled surgeries.

Qualifications

• High School/Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse and materials management.
• OR management experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse machinery and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical consumables in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written).
