The Role

Air optimizers – central controllers and Airscan business in the region is growing and to keep up the growth we are looking for a motivated person for the position of Advanced Services Consultant.

To generate profitable growth of the CTS business through the provision of Technical and Sales support for internal and external customers requiring System Optimization advice, mainly focusing on central controllers, air scan and Energy recovery systems.

This is a proactive role encompassing the conception and implementation of new marketing strategies to generate new business and support the existing sales channels.

The role concentrates on CTS Optimization services focused on providing support pre and during the sales process for identifying new potential opportunities and strategies, along with ensuring our offer meets the best practice standards.

What we expect of you?

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

  • Audit compressed air systems and present results. Create lead for sales based on Airscan findings.
  • Undertake commercial and technical proposals in C4C, convert leads to opportunities, keeping in mind divisional KPI.
  • Coordinate with Gecia to generate needed reports.
  • Work closely with the Equipment Sales Team, Distributor and the CTS Sales & Operations.
  • Ensure the offer fully delivers excellent customer service and exceeds expectations.
  • Plan the delivery and implementation to meet up with service expectations and communicate with the relevant people in CT.
  • Plan and prioritize personal activities and to achieve agreed business aims.
  • Develop and maintain good internal and external customer relationships at all levels.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to enhance the company image, product knowledge, and increase sales.
  • Use customer and prospect contact activities, tools, and systems, and update relevant information in C4C.
  • Analyze and report on product performance on a regular basis, and keep track of competition activity/development.
  • Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
  • Identify/develop new markets and/or application opportunities for the product range under your responsibility.
  • Interact regularly with the divisional marketing team to ensure that the sales channels always have the latest product information.
  • Provide product training to the sales team and distributor network, as required.
  • Undertake ad-hoc project work as required.
  • Additional duties as required with in SAA and Kuwait territory

Experience Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of the CTS service ladder, especially the Optimization products portfolio
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to learn and develop quickly.
  • Strong sales or hands-on experience 3-4 years in the field of compressors, Airnet/piping, Airscan is a plus.
  • Complete understanding of system optimization potential from generation to point of compressed air use.
  • Excellent presentation skills for providing sales team training and customer presentations at all levels.
  • Be responsible for achieving growth targets in this sector.
  • Strong team player, with a positive approach and able to work under pressure.
