Job description: Role Purpose

Handles all onsite printing activities with high level of autonomy and minimal supervision.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

- Monitor machine performance. Log calls as required. Consumables management. Meet customer urgent needs.- Deliver machines meter reading on time.- Deliver invoices and provide customer acknowledgement. Follow up on payment- Assure maximum customer satisfaction level.- Mentors and teaches junior team members

Education & Certifications

High School or diploma degree holder

Required Years of Experience

5+ years’ experience
