Handles all onsite printing activities with high level of autonomy and minimal supervision.
Job Accountabilities & Activities
- Monitor machine performance. Log calls as required. Consumables management. Meet customer urgent needs.
- Deliver machines meter reading on time.
- Deliver invoices and provide customer acknowledgement. Follow up on payment.
- Assure maximum customer satisfaction level.
- Mentors and teaches junior team members.
High School or diploma degree holder.
Required Years of Experience
5+ years’ experience.
