Job Purpose

Provides technical and non-technical support to the projects management, planning and MMR workshop supervisor

Job Description

Help with Daily update on project progress and execution

Assist to Create and update project documents

Upon request coordinating a cross functional team in a matrix organization to maintain focus in delivering success to the business and Aramco

Maintaining good communication and working relationships will al l support functions

Achieving KPI set by both Aramco and the business

Interface with finance coordinator for all completed delivered orders to ensure all invoices are processed to customer with all required documents

Build maintain and manage customer relationships and keep up good Communications

Provide weekly monthly yearly report on all submitted quotations with status of each in terms of both acceptance and gross margin

Ensure compliance to TechnipFMC guidelines commercial policies and procedures

You Are Meant For This Job If

REQUIRED EDUCATION: Engineering Degree or equivalent degree diploma +10 years of experience

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years experience

REQUIRED CERTIFICATE(S): None

REQUIRED JOB KNOWLEDGE: Oil and Gas experience preferred, strong candidate from other industries background will be considered.

Some Basic knowledge of Wellhead and Completion equipment.
