About The Role

We believe that our ability to deliver on providing a wide variety of supply through unprecedented levels of fulfillment rates affordably is where we can fill a basic pain in the market. Trella is seeking a sharp, personable, highly-organized Operations Specialist to support our KSA team as we continue to establish our commencement in the KSA . This is an opportunity to work with a stellar operations team on the daily functions that are at the core of Trella.

What You'll Do

• Continuously grow and strengthen the suppliers network to enhance operational capacity
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key partners
• Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner ensuring top notch shipper experience
• Coordinate with shippers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless fulfillment and eliminate any internal inefficiencies .
• Ensure all shipping documents, such as bills of lading, customs paperwork, and invoices, are complete and accurate.
• Monitor shipment status in real-time and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues related to delays, damaged goods, or any shipment related issues
• Identify trends in fulfillment operations and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and broader teams, to streamline workflows.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
• Research and target new shippers, ensuring alignment with the company’s service capabilities and growth strategy.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Put consistent effort into growing the existing shipper base as well as bringing in new business
• Diversify the customer portfolio by engaging with customers from different industries and regions
• Take full accountability for achieving growth KPIs and targets related to customer acquisition, revenue growth, and customer retention.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s in Economics, Finance, and/or similar field.
• 1-3 years of experience
  
  

Nice To Have(s)

• Strong ownership, a bias for action, and willingness to roll-up your sleeves.
• Relevant experience working in KSA market
• Analytics and excellent excel / google sheets skills.
• Experience in dealing with complex data sets, deriving insights and checking against what you see in the real world.
• Own a car for transportation
