In this Operations Specialist position

• You will support administration of warehouse and manual handling plans and processes for warehouse/ distribution facilities
• You will support administration of Inventory management plans and processes to identify, evaluate and develop organization's inventories through analysis and operations of the replenishment system, in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies
• You will comply with established procedures for end-to-end movement of stock and reconciling in case of discrepancies
• Support general admin tasks to monitor the accuracy of weekly data, history, network changes, lead-times, past and future promotional events, new product information, pricing, and customer service performance goals
• You will undertake generally repetitive tasks to prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments
• You will under supervision support coordination between Inventory management and multiple warehouse teams and other supply chain teams like logistics and sourcing
• You will assist in reporting daily deliveries and shipments report to reconcile inventory
