In this Operations Specialist position

• You will under supervision, support delivery of customer operations processes and activities
• You will provide administrative support such as taking orders from customer interface, check & enter received orders, shipping verifications, pricing verifications, etc.
• You will assist with requests from sales such as quoting, exception deal management, historical account overview, billing corrections, etc.
• You will collect/ deliver shipments within specified time by planning routes, liaising with external departments, timely communications, etc.
• You will interact with import/ export departments for changes, make relevant changes and communicate adjustments to relevant stakeholders
• You will carry out proper loading/ unloading of the loading unit/ loading security and report through appropriate tools such as scanning application, phones, etc.
• You will maintain direct contact with dispatcher (inbound / outbound) and cartage driver
• You will support events and exceptions, report back on the same
• You will enter data into database or computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock records
• You will access stored information, place orders or respond to enquiries such as inventory levels or delivery schedules
• You will interface with shipping agencies, transport companies, and customers to verify delivery prices and schedules
• You will follow and achieve compliance with established procedures and ensure proper usage of operations processes and policies
• You will resolve recurring issues faced during delivery as per defined processes, systems and methods
