Operations Manager - O&G Manufacturing | KSA National

Robert Walters has partnered with one of the largest oil & gas companies in the world. It is a leading global oilfield equipment manufacturer and technology provider.

The client is looking to hire an Operations Manager to oversee a manufacturing facility in Dammam, KSA. This is a strategic role focused on driving operational excellence, safety, and production efficiency in a high-spec, API-certified environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet production and quality targets

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives across the production line

• Manage budgets, cost controls, and operational KPIs

• Lead, coach, and develop a large, skilled workforce

• Liaise with cross functional teams to ensure seamless operations
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering

• 10-20 years of experience in manufacturing operations, in oil & gas or industrial equipment

• Strong understanding of wellhead or pressure control equipment manufacturing is highly preferred

• Knowledge of API/ASME manufacturing standards

• Experience with budget planning, capex, and cost control

• Saudi National candidates only (as per Saudization guidelines)
