Operations Manager (Events)

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of all operational services for a large-scale, high-profile seasonal cultural activation in Saudi Arabia. 

 Key Responsibilities

Planning & Coordination

• Lead the development of the Operational “Dot Plan,” aligned with creative, content, and live programming objectives.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key timelines, priorities, and delivery milestones.


• Oversee the creation of SOPs, DRS, key timings, and all core operational documentation.

Venue & Site Operations

• Manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including HSE, Transport, Ushers & Crowd Services, Ticketing & Access Control, Security, Cleaning, Catering & Waste, and Accreditation.


• Work closely with venue owners, creative teams, brand partners, and vendors to ensure seamless site operations.


• Proactively manage schedule changes, content-driven adjustments, and live operational requirements.

Project Timelines & Delivery

• Create, manage, and maintain the master operations timeline and company roadmap.


• Track progress against milestones and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Team Leadership

• Lead zone managers and sub-functional managers across all operational disciplines.


• Build a collaborative, agile, and solution-driven operational team capable of supporting live content and audience experiences.

Special Events & Broadcast Operations

• Manage coinciding special moments, including VVIP engagements, creator-led activations, and live or recorded broadcast elements.


• Ensure all operational services meet broadcast, brand, and guest experience standards.

Documentation & Reporting

• Develop and finalize Operations Plans, SOPs, Event Books, and Daily Run Sheets.


• Deliver accurate weekly and milestone-based reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Liaise with government stakeholders, local authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and alignment.


• Coordinate closely with internal teams, third-party vendors, and contractors.

Training & Event Readiness

• Train and manage the immediate operations and production teams.


• Lead forward planning and implement real-time operational reporting tools during live event days.

 Ideal Profile

• Proven experience delivering large-scale cultural, entertainment, or branded live events


• Strong operational leadership within fast-paced, content-led environments


• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC preferred


• Calm under pressure with excellent stakeholder and team management skills
