Operations Manager

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Operations Manager to join our team! In this role you will oversee resource management on a major project, managing client approvals within an approved structure.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Allocate resources efficiently across multiple sectors to ensure optimal productivity.
• Monitor resource usage and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet project demands.
• Develop and maintain a resource management plan that aligns with project goals.
• Prepare and submit PAFs (Project Authorization Form) for required resources and positions to clients for approval.
• Manage the approval process, ensuring timely responses and adherence to client expectations.
• Maintain clear communication with client
• Ensure that all resource allocations comply with the approved project structure (NTP)
• Regularly review and update the structure in alignment with project changes and client requirements.
• Communicate any changes to the team and ensure understanding and compliance.
• Liaise effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to understand project demands and resource requirements.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on resource allocations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for queries or issues.
